The  selection  and  evaluation  of  qualified  personnel  results  in  high  advertisement 
costs  and  requires both personal  time  and  commitment. We  take  this  burden off 
of  your shoulders . In  a  personal interview  we  will  establish  a  detailed  profile of 
the skills required for the position  in question. Consulting  Home & Garden  not only
maintains a  database  of  potential  applicants, but  also  manages  media  advertising
if necessary. Incoming applications are  evaluated and qualified candidates are invited
to  personal  interviews. We  verify  recommendations  from  former  employers  and
present  our  suggestions,  along   with   their   respective  letters  of  application   and
qualifications to  you. If  so desired, such  letters of application  will  be  evaluated by
a  graphologist. In  this  manner,  we  are  able  to  select   the  most   highly  qualified
household  personnel  available  for  your specific  needs  regardless of  location  and
with a minimum of  inconvenience to you. It  goes  without  saying  that confidentiality

Our team provides a supra-European service in all categories of personnel for domestic service for your private household and your company. For both full- and part-time service.

In close cooperation we will compile together with you a comprehensive Requirement Profile on all relevant topics required for the positions and also meticulously check the qualifications of applicants. This then serves as initial information and can be downloaded here as a pdf-file.

Checks on personnel like: moral reputation, way of life, criminal records etc.... if desired, can be conducted by our attached commercial detective agency. We can also provide the following services: monthly salary accounts, health insurance registrations and cancellations, income tax reporting.

If so desired, we will also be able to set up a security service for high-profile politicians and business people. The references of any such personnel will be checked accordingly.  

Remunerations will be agreed upon in direct consultation with you in each case. In the case of single job offers, no cost estimates will be made.

Consulting Home & Garden was founded by Frau Ute Meier. She has since managed the company as an experienced agent and has over a span of 10 years collected practical experience working with top addresses of private households. Her team works with a depth of know-how and tact. A renowned group of lawyers are responsible for a faultless execution of the legal framework surrounding the required work permits and job contracts.
